First things first, let's get to know each other. I want to know as much as I can about you so I can provide the particular solutions you're looking for. This initial chat may take up to 3-4 hours to make sure we don't leave anything out.
Within a few days, I'll provide a comprehensive proposal. The quote will lay out the complete Interior Design scope of works including the timeline of each step in the process and any deadlines we discuss.
Once the proposal is accepted, it's go time! You're individual tastes, inspirations, requirements and the characteristics of the property we've learnt during the initial chat will come together within two (2) concepts.
Once we've put together the concepts, a site visit and follow up chat is a great way to firm up the ideas and factor in the nuances of the property. It's also a great time to make sure we're on the same page and fine tune.
The presentation is the culmination of everything to date. It contains the initial drawings, some renders, schedule of fixtures, fittings, finishes and materials required to complete the project. Also included is one (1) revision if needed.
With the final presentation provided, there's nothing left to do on the planning side. It's time to get building! We'll be at the ready to go over any aspect of the work to ensure it all goes smoothly and stress free.
